We have been weekly breakfast patrons of this establishment for over two+ years. Both the cuisine and service are first class! The place is usually busy; however, they turn tables fairly quickly and the wait is minimal (if ever). Milton and his staff are quite visible, super friendly, and go out of their way to provide a super experience.
Decided to check out this gem this past Sunday and it's good food that not many know about which was a plus for us because we did not feel like waiting the normal hour plus line. I should really keep these to myself but what fun would that be. We sat ourselves and were greeted immediately and service was excellent and food was great as well. Will most definitely come back again soon.

This is a local gem. I had the eggs beni Florentine. It was delicious. Eggs Beni is hard to do well because of all the moving parts but it was very good. If you're on Shore Drive you need to check this place out.
What a pleasant surprise! Food was A Mazing! The owner stopped by our table to speak with us.... He said that their family's restaurant business goes back generations and it really shows!! Can't wait to go back the next time we're in VA beach
Their sweet potato pancakes should be illegal. They're as the kids say bussin' bussin'. Fair warning a the short stack is MORE than enough. Don't have plans after breakfast cause you'll be napping. Fat and happy.
The ambiance is downright homey, cozy, like what a neighborhood cafe should be - the owner sitting at the bar sharing pleasantries with customers. Service was quick and friendly. It wasn't on the menu but my friend got creative and asked if we can get lobster omelette. The waitress even said they can add avocado slices as well! The lobster omelette was delicious, generous chunks of lobster meat, very fresh avocados in the omelette.
Umm.. just a big WOW! This place is a treasure! I truly mean that! Set back from the street you easily pass it and takes a little effort to find parking, But folks it's all worth it! The decore is simple when you walk in, but soon as the waitress brings out the food plates my eyes and smile was ear to ear! The Lobster Beni was made perfect and very generous along with the home fries. The Cornbeef Hash was awesome added grilled onions on top. And it's so nice they can make it to order The Stuffed Berry French Toast was so stuffed with FRESH berries and they put even more on the side witj whip cream! I was so glad the owner "Milton" came by to see if everything was good! Cause I just wanted to tell him how fabulous my experience was! So for you foodies find this treasure and give it a try! Definitely will be back plenty of times!
